This gallery provides a glimpse in the making of a Taped Metal Canvas piece that measures 7' x 7'. Due to the size and need to transport, this piece was made by using four panels to create the larger piece.  Dominic wanted to experiment and use more curved lines for this project.  He also incorporated an new element: grinding the metal before taping to add more depth as well as to help guide the circular pattern of this piece.  The finished pieces includes four layers of tape patterns and resin for a solid, glass like finish.
